That’s why we offer a 6-Month Guarantee on eligible services — giving you peace of mind that your pest problem is fully resolved.
Our 6-Month Guarantee covers:
A free return visit and re-treatment if the same pest issue reoccurs within the guarantee period.
• A free return visit anarantee period.
The same property area and same pest species treated in the original service.
Covered pests typically include (depending on service agreement):
• Rodents (mice, rats)
• Crawling insects (cockroaches, ants, bedbugs, fleas, etc.)
• Stored product pests or other common domestic pests (as specified in your invoice)
The guarantee becomes active within the 14 days (2 weeks) after the final scheduled treatment is completed.
This waiting period ensures:
•The treatment has sufficient time to take full effect.
•The pest population can be accurately assessed for reactivity or re-infestation.
No guarantee claim will be accepted during this initial 14-day period.
Full Treatment Completion — The customer must have completed all recommended visits and paid in full.
Proper Access & Cooperation — You must allow our technicians access for all scheduled treatments and follow all preparation and sanitation instructions provided.
No Third-Party Interference — No other pest control company or unapproved products may be used during the guarantee period.
Environmental Control — The cause of infestation (e.g., entry points, hygiene issues, refuse storage) must be corrected as advised by our technician.
Same Property / Same Pest — The guarantee applies only to the original pest species and the same property or treatment area.
This guarantee does not cover:
•Different pest species appearing after treatment.
•Structural or sanitation issues that have not been resolved (e.g., new entry points, leaks, clutter).
•Pests introduced from external sources (e.g., new furniture, deliveries, tenants, or neighboring properties).
•Natural pest activity occurring outdoors or in untreated areas.
•Weather-related or environmental factors outside our control.

Our technician will inspect and confirm if the issue falls under guarantee coverage.
If approved, we will schedule a free re-treatment for the affected area.
The guarantee expires 6 months after the activation date (14 days after your final visit)
After expiry, a new treatment and service charge will apply if further pest issues occur.
